Courageous Camila: A Story about Finding Your Inner Warrior

Courageous Camila is set in multicultural Los Angeles, and although Camila lives near many exciting things - it is only now that she begins to explore new activities that help her tap into her inner warrior. Camila also learns courage from the everyday people that surround her. In this first book of the "Courageous Camila" series, Camila is encouraged by her Mama to begin taking martial arts classes. Although the sport is at first intimidating, together they ride the waves of excitement, fear, disappointment, until she finally taps into her "inner warrior" and ultimately finds her courage.
