Karamo Brown (from Netflix’s Queer Eye) and his son Jason bring us a heartfelt story about a father and son relationship. The narration switches between the father and son characters as the son recounts all of the life lessons that his father has taught him and the special memories that his father helped create. The common thread was his father’s constant reminder that he was perfectly designed which, as Jason notes in the author’s message, helped instill in him a sense of self-love and confidence.
Anoosha Syed’s adorable illustrations add to the charming and endearing message of the book.
